Inform us of who your GP is, so we can order your repeat prescriptions on your behalf*.
Prescriptions
Your GP will then send us your prescriptions electronically*. Once we receive your prescription, we aim to deliver them to you within two working days.
Delivery
Your medication will be delivered for free and we will send you a reminder (via email or text message) when it is time to re-order. *
* Participating GPs only.
** Your prescription will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, so will usually be delivered within two working days of despatch. The package will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over.
