One-Off NHS Prescriptions

Your prescription will be delivered free, directly to you, saving you a trip to the pharmacy.


How it works

 
1. Sign up to our Electronic Prescription Service by filling out the below form. (Note: If you have a paper prescription, contact the pharmacist beforehand to make sure we have the stock availability and post your prescription to our registered address below).*
 
2. Once we receive your prescription electronically or through the post, we process your prescription.

3. Your medication is then delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class Post usually within two working days of receiving your prescription.**

* It can take up to 5 working days for your prescription to be fulfilled from our online pharmacy. For this reason, our service is not suitable for any prescriptions you may need straight away/in an emergency. Instead, ask your doctor for a paper prescription and take this to a local pharmacy so that they can dispense your medicine for you straight away.
** The package will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over.
